Sales Supervisor — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Model customer service, clienteling, and sales standards
• ensure customers receive assistance
• meet store and metric goals
• grow and manage clientele
• demonstrate product knowledge
• support team selling
• partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes as needed
• open and close the store according to guidelines
• maintain policy knowledge and inventory accuracy
• process point-of-sale transactions
• help track and communicate business results
• and coach associates in a client-centered environment.
