What you'll do

• Submit medical, laboratory, and specialty program claims
• investigate and resolve denials and billing issues
• verify Medicaid eligibility and follow up with insurers
• reconcile and maintain accounts receivable
• track Medicaid, Medicare, and payer updates
• coordinate with internal departments on eligibility and billing concerns
• maintain timely and accurate billing practices.
