What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed estimates
• perform quantity takeoffs
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other costs
• review construction documents and identify scope gaps
• solicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing
• develop preliminary schedules and identify risks
• present estimates and assumptions to management and clients
• maintain estimating files.
