The Project Surveyor role is onsite in Lincolnshire, IL. Pay is $37–$47 per hour. Atwell’s survey team supports residential, commercial, mixed-use development, and renewable energy projects. The surveyor manages project work from scope and scheduling through accurate survey deliverables, collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, clients, and field teams. The role contributes precise data, plats, exhibits, and maps to land development projects.

What you'll do

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with project managers
• lead boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys
• process data and create plats, exhibits, and maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
• verify calculations and field data
• collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
