HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Queen Creek, AZ, and pays $18–$75 per hour. Jordan Air and Plumbing is a new HVAC division of Bucksworth Home Services serving residential customers in the East Valley. The technician diagnoses and repairs residential HVAC systems, presents customer-focused solutions, and builds relationships that support repeat business and referrals. The role also helps establish the new division and may mentor and train junior technicians as the team grows.

What you'll do

• Provide HVAC service and diagnostics to residential customers
• diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
• present and sell solutions based on customer needs
• maintain service ticket averages and generate quality system flips
• build customer relationships and earn repeat business and referrals
• mentor and train junior technicians as the team grows.
