The Hotel Engineer, General Maintenance role is onsite at Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood, CA. Pay is $26–$28 per hour. The engineer helps maintain the property and support its guest experience. The role keeps hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms safe, functional, and well maintained through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and timely responses to maintenance requests. It works across guest rooms, public spaces, kitchen, rooftop, mechanical rooms, and exterior areas in coordination with hotel departments.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• respond to guest and department maintenance requests
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building systems
• maintain fixtures and finishes
• maintain pool and water-feature equipment when applicable
• assist with emergency repairs and after-hours situations as assigned
• complete work orders and maintenance records
• monitor equipment and flag vendor or replacement needs
• follow safety and building requirements
• support renovations, projects, and event setups.
