What you'll do

• Manage daily construction field operations
• supervise subcontractors, trade crews, and field personnel
• maintain schedules and address delays
• enforce OSHA and site safety requirements
• inspect work for quality, progress, and compliance
• coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling
• interpret drawings and specifications
• maintain field reports and documentation
• partner with project managers on schedules, budgets, change orders, and milestones
• resolve field issues
• oversee quality assurance and quality control
• coordinate inspections
• manage punch lists and closeout
• ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
