What you'll do

• Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month- and year-end close
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• prepare and review GAAP financial statements
• maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• supervise and mentor accounting staff or initially serve as an individual contributor with growth into supervision
• support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• coordinate audits and tax filings
• ensure regulatory compliance
• manage cash-flow reporting and support treasury administration
• recommend accounting process improvements
• assist with financial analysis and CFO-directed projects.

Why this role
