What you'll do
- Provide nursing care according to care plans and physician orders
- administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with documentation
- monitor resident condition and report changes
- communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation
- supervise resident care and nursing staff
- conduct assessments and family care conferences
- review physician orders and nursing documentation
- oversee medication handling
- manage emergencies
- ensure regulatory compliance
- support staffing, training, quality assurance, and department budgeting.
