The Home Health Aide (PRN) role is onsite in Grand Rapids, Michigan, serving private homes across Kent County. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. CorsoCare Personal Care In-Homes provides personalized assistance to clients in their homes. The aide supports clients with daily living needs, including personal care, meals, mobility, and light household tasks, while following individual care and medication protocols. The role helps maintain clients’ safety, dignity, and well-being and reports changes to the Care Coordinator.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, toileting, mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
• follow client-specific medication protocols
• take and report vital signs and changes in condition
• complete daily charting
• assist with light meal preparation, housekeeping, and pet care
• transport clients to appointments as requested
• follow infection-control and safety procedures.
