What you'll do

• Lead daily job-site operations
• schedule subcontractors and crews
• enforce safety standards
• maintain project documentation
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and vendors
• manage site logistics and materials
• coordinate inspections
• monitor workmanship
• communicate with clients
• support carpentry and installation as needed
• manage punch-list closeouts and warranty repairs
• and track labor hours and purchases.
