What you'll do

• Assess residents and conduct ongoing evaluations
• administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and physician-ordered care
• monitor residents overnight and respond to acute changes
• coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and nursing staff
• supervise LPNs and CNAs
• maintain clinical documentation
• and promote a safe, compliant, resident-centered environment. A current Tennessee RN license and CPR certification are required.
