What you'll do

• Manage case files, logistics, and deadlines throughout patent litigation from pre-complaint through appeal
• supervise, mentor, and train paralegal staff
• manage eDiscovery and document production, including collection, tracking, quality control, service, and privilege logs
• coordinate deadlines with attorneys
• apply Federal and Local Rules, eDiscovery stipulations, and Protective Orders
• manage confidential client information and source-code reviews
• coordinate trial-site logistics and pretrial deadlines
• and provide courtroom support with exhibits, timekeeping, and courtroom materials.
