Senior Graphic and User-Focused Designer

The Senior Graphic and User-Focused Designer role is hybrid in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $30–$40 per hour on a W-2 basis. The designer supports small-business banking and business-to-business initiatives for the client. The role turns business objectives into consistent, scalable creative work across channels, owning projects from concept through production and collaborating with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teammates.

What you'll do

• Create mid- to lower-funnel assets for digital, print, out-of-home, and direct mail
• own projects from concept through production and delivery
• collaborate with creative leads, writers, designers, and marketers
• translate business objectives into design platforms and scalable systems
• work across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• provide day-to-day creative guidance
• contribute to platform initiatives and multi-asset campaigns
• participate in interviews and reviews as needed.
