Classroom and Daycare Aide

The Classroom and Daycare Aide role is onsite in Penn Yan, NY, with pay of $16.00–$16.50 per hour. Mozaic supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Finger Lakes Region, and this position serves preschool children at Keuka Lake School in Yates County. The aide supports special education and general education activities and carryover therapy services, helping children learn, participate in daily routines, and build skills, confidence, and independence alongside teachers, therapists, and other professionals.

What you'll do

• Assist with classroom activities, creative projects, developmental learning experiences, outdoor play, and daily routines
• prepare educational materials
• encourage participation
• support social and emotional development
• provide personal care assistance when needed
• help with snacks, meals, and daycare activities.
