What you'll do

• Work with the Brand Manager to supervise and support the store team
• greet patients and identify needs
• support revenue goals and customer service
• troubleshoot customer issues and train team members
• guide Doctor’s Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, local mode, digital refraction, and contact lens care
• ensure training, procedures, certifications, and clinical standards are followed
• maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• maintain store standards
• coach staff on contact lens insertion and removal
• oversee contact lens orders, trials, and inventory.

Why this role
