What you'll do

• Manage an active caseload
• appear in court
• develop case strategy and track deadlines
• draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, settlement documents, and proposed orders
• conduct and defend depositions
• prepare clients and witnesses
• negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance representatives
• communicate with clients
• supervise delegated work and coordinate with firm staff.
