What you'll do

• Conduct onsite surveys and complaint investigations at adult care and nursing home facilities
• evaluate nutritional services for regulatory compliance
• interview staff, residents, and families
• analyze findings and prepare reports, including Statements of Deficiencies
• assess corrective action plans
• provide expertise on dietary standards and nutritional care requirements.
