What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule private duty nurses and home health aides for client assignments throughout the NYC area
• manage staffing and coverage for nursing and HHA cases
• serve as a primary contact for clients, families, nurses, aides, and field staff
• address call-outs and urgent staffing needs
• assist with intake and case setup
• recruit, onboard, and orient staff
• monitor attendance, compliance, documentation, and performance
• maintain client and employee records
• collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• participate in on-call responsibilities.
