What you'll do

• Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status and diet plans.
• Formulates and documents nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk.
• Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
• Provides cross-coverage for Neonatal ICU and Pediatrics as needed.
• Maintains professional credentials and completes annual literature reviews.
