What you'll do

• Lead technical delivery of small to medium land development projects
• support budgeting, invoicing, and monthly billing
• supervise and mentor engineering staff

• serve as professional-in-charge on technical matters
• manage grading, drainage, and water and sewer utility design
• oversee reports, master planning studies, specifications, and cost estimates
• ensure quality control and identify out-of-scope services
• prepare proposals
• serve as primary client contact
• manage sub-consultants
• ensure regulatory compliance
• support business development.
