What you'll do
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team
- administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
- maintain accurate documentation

- follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
