• Define and evolve automation service strategy
• advise customer stakeholders and build long-term relationships

• establish program governance, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting
• lead business reviews
• monitor financial performance and value realization
• partner with engineering, commercial, and services teams
• support customer adoption through change management and ongoing engagement.
