What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
• maintain food presentation, taste, and portion consistency
• set up and stock stations
• keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized
• follow health, safety, food-handling, and storage rules
• assist with receiving, rotating, and storing inventory
• communicate with kitchen and service staff
• follow opening and closing procedures
• support banquet and special-event food preparation as needed.

Why this role

Two or more years of professional cooking experience is preferred. A Food Handler’s Certification is required; applicants must be at least 21 years old.
