What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• support transfers and mobility
• help with meals and nutritional monitoring
• perform light housekeeping
• report changes in health or behavior
• remind clients to take medications as directed
• provide companionship
• document care
• follow agency and health regulations.
