Director of Business Development — Hospice

Job overview

The Director of Business Development — Hospice role is onsite in White Bear Lake, MN, with core hours of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and travel required across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area; compensation is $110,000–$120,000 per year. Suite Living Hospice Care provides a hospice option to residents of Suite Living Senior Care communities, while residents and families retain their choice of provider or no hospice services. The director leads growth strategy, community relationships, education, and marketing to increase awareness and appropriate referrals. The role works with clinical, operations, and executive teams to support informed resident and family decisions and improve referral-to-admission conversion.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute hospice growth strategy and measurable goals
• analyze trends, referral patterns, and barriers
• build relationships with housing directors, nurse managers, clinical staff, residents, and families
• serve as liaison to senior care communities
• conduct onsite visits
• educate residents, families, and staff on hospice
• provide in-services
• create internal marketing campaigns
• support referral and admission processes
• report census, pipeline, and strategic activity.

Why this role
