What you'll do

• Research and engage active and passive candidates through recruiting platforms, networks, referrals, and events
• build talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
• partner with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements and sourcing priorities
• develop Boolean searches, market maps, and outreach campaigns
• conduct initial candidate conversations and present qualified prospects
• track sourcing activity and pipeline data
• maintain applicant tracking system records
• assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, job postings, offer letters, referral payouts, and pre-employment documentation
• support career fairs and recruiting events. Occasional travel to field locations or corporate meetings may be required.

Why this role
