What you'll do
- Maintain confidential case records and communications

- provide home-based services in accordance with Indiana Department of Child Services standards
- communicate initial contact to referral sources
- maintain case notes and required reports
- prepare treatment and safety plans
- oversee program assessments
- record billable and non-billable time
- document evidence-based services
- coordinate court appearances and compliance records
- attend hearings and case conferences as needed
- use strength-based approaches to build protective factors.
