What you'll do

• Lead an AML program monitoring transactions and customer activity for money laundering and fraud, including suspicious activity reporting
• create policies, procedures, and workflow tools for monitoring, detection, reporting, and prevention
• design monitoring scenarios and support model validation
• monitor industry trends and applicable BSA/AML and securities requirements
• maintain AML, SAR, and KYC policies and support senior-management reporting
• contribute to risk assessments and testing
• collaborate on compliance technologies, controls, and processes
• engage with legal, compliance, technology teams, and regulators
• support responses to new rules and AML training initiatives.
