The manager owns lease accounting conclusions, monthly operations, controls, and audit relationships for a varied portfolio of data center, real estate, equipment, and energy-related arrangements. The role combines hands-on technical accounting with process development, team coaching, and cross-functional partnership as the business scales.

What you'll do

• Own ASC 842 conclusions for complex lease arrangements
• draft and review lease memos and maintain lease policy
• govern the LeaseQuery subledger
• lead lease month-end close, journal entries, roll-forwards, and reconciliations
• review Senior Accountant work and resolve escalations
• partner on lease disclosures
• coordinate lease intake and portfolio management with cross-functional teams
• own SOX controls and audit support
• coach and develop the Senior Accountant
• build scalable workflows, procedures, and automation.
