What you'll do

• Own the home-sales process from lead generation and appointment setting through application, lender coordination, and closing
• maintain deal records and daily activity in HubSpot
• conduct showings and move prospects toward applications
• prioritize aged inventory and communities with sales needs
• host open houses, especially on weekends
• and travel among assigned communities. Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, at least two years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
