What you'll do

• Communicate with guests about raw-bar products and serve guests seated at the oyster bar
• prepare food items for meal periods and upcoming service
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the station
• cook during scheduled meal periods
• complete assigned opening and closing duties
• remove soiled wares
• follow manager instructions and cleaning schedules
• report food deficiencies, maintenance needs, and safety hazards.
