What you'll do

• Lead warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory operations
• ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
• manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
• drive safety, food safety, GMP, and quality compliance
• coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation
• monitor inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, labor productivity, and warehouse costs
• support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
• maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
