What you'll do

• Record vital signs and report deviations
• assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, nutrition, mobility, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders
• follow individual service plans
• communicate changes to supervisors
• use infection-control precautions
• maintain safe and clean resident environments
• document progress
• encourage activity participation
• protect confidentiality
• and attend required meetings and training. A medication management course and CPR certification within 90 days of hire are required.
