This position supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) modernization for the U.S. Coast Guard. This role serves as a primary technical authority for enterprise identity management and access control. The engineer designs, engineers, and executes secure, identity-centric access control frameworks across legacy and modern enterprise architectures.

What you'll do

• Lead modernization of legacy access controls.
• Manage enterprise directories, federation, and SSO protocols.
• Architect identity lifecycles and privilege management.
• Design and deploy Zero Trust identity principles.
• Configure and manage enterprise-grade PKI systems.
• Provide advanced engineering and architecture ownership for Cloud Credential and PKI.
