Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Chesapeake, VA. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. The position supports hotel guest rooms and property operations for LTD Hospitality Group. The role helps keep the hotel clean, safe, and in good repair so guests and associates have a well-maintained property. The technician completes scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning, responds to work orders and requests, and records work performed.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled guest-room preventive maintenance and general cleaning using checklists
• record and log work
• monitor progress through control systems
• respond to guest and associate requests and complaints
• complete maintenance work orders
• follow hotel and government procedures
• report safety hazards
• support teammates and attend continuous improvement meetings.
