Family Support Partner

The partner uses lived experience as a parent of a child with behavioral health challenges to help families identify needs and goals, access resources, advocate for themselves, and navigate behavioral health and other child-serving systems.

What you'll do

• Provide emotional support to families in homes and communities
• identify family strengths, needs, and priorities
• connect families with providers, other families, and community resources
• document services
• coordinate home visits with a supervisor
• participate in training and meetings
• represent the family perspective
• support self-advocacy, support groups, and family education
• collaborate with providers and staff to promote positive outcomes.
