• lead and develop five finance professionals
• contribute to capital planning, investment strategy, reinsurance placement, enterprise risk management, and long-range planning
• prepare board reporting and financial presentations and periodically present to the board
• partner with the retiring controller on knowledge transfer
• evaluate workflows and strengthen operational efficiency.
