What you'll do

• Lead accounting operations and supervise three staff
• oversee accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll reconciliation and recording
• manage banking relationships, funding, disbursements, and cash forecasting
• maintain internal controls
• manage financial reporting systems and produce reports for leadership, the board, committees, and funders
• support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, at least seven years of progressive nonprofit accounting experience, and at least two years of direct staff supervision; CPA or MBA is a plus.
