MEP Senior Project Manager

The MEP Senior Project Manager role is onsite at a client campus in Indianapolis, IN. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to lead delivery of a portfolio of capital projects for a global pharmaceutical client, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout. It manages client relationships, schedules, budgets, risks, technical coordination, and project teams to support successful delivery of MEP improvements to mission-critical infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary client contact for the project portfolio
• own end-to-end delivery of capital projects
• manage project information and stakeholder communications
• develop project schedules and integrate them into the program schedule
• create and maintain budgets and forecasts
• execute change management
• identify and mitigate risks
• review engineering drawings and specifications
• apply MEP expertise to design reviews and constructability
• coordinate contractors, suppliers, building management, and client representatives
• conduct field walks to verify quality, safety, and progress
• lead and delegate work to support staff.
