Accounting Associate

What you'll do

• Set up vendors
• process vendor, trade, and consultant invoices and corporate credit cards
• enter cash receipts
• review employee expense reports
• manage bank transactions
• process year-end 1099s and sales/use tax reporting
• coordinate annual review documentation for outside accountants
• maintain asset entries and operating leases
• research and resolve issues
• support financial updates and reporting.
