What you'll do

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, promote resident independence and dignity, conduct routine rounds, respond to call lights, assist with residents’ self-administration of medications under facility protocols, observe and report changes, document care in the electronic medical record, communicate with nursing staff, and provide light housekeeping and meal-related support as needed.
