The Clinical Manager, Mental Health Rehabilitation role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $75,000–$80,000 per year. The position oversees clinical services for assigned mental health rehabilitation teams at Better Morning, a behavioral health provider serving at-risk youth and families in the District of Columbia. The manager leads treatment services, supervises staff, and provides direct clinical care as client and agency needs require. The role supports effective, compliant services through team oversight, clinical documentation review, staff development, and coordination with the Clinical Director and other providers.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise assigned clinical teams and treatment services
• coordinate service coverage, supervision, and crisis support with the Clinical Director and staff
• attend DBH and stakeholder meetings and facilitate family team meetings as needed
• train, coordinate, evaluate, and supervise staff and operations
• complete at least six comprehensive assessments for new intakes per week
• approve session notes and ensure documentation compliance
• perform personnel management functions in consultation with Human Resources
• provide individual and group supervision
• coordinate referrals and provider relationships as needed.
