What you'll do

• Maintain product data across SAP and Salesforce/CPQ, including configurations, pricing, SKUs, and portfolio attributes
• serve as the product-data point of contact
• manage lifecycle data from setup through end of life
• audit and resolve data inconsistencies
• validate data before launches
• collaborate with developers on Salesforce and CPQ enhancements
• document and standardize processes
• maintain procedures and playbooks
• lead continuous improvement
• establish and track KPIs
• promote standardized workflows
• partner with stakeholders on requirements and solutions
• support system enhancements and change management.
