The Entry-Level Human Resources Representative is an onsite role in Fairhope, AL, with a 9/80 schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and every other Friday off. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports Segers Aero Corporation’s Human Resources Department. The representative provides administrative and operational HR support, helping employees and managers receive accurate, timely information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Duties span HR records and systems, training, benefits, payroll backup, recruitment, and employee-service initiatives.

What you'll do

• Provide HR administrative support
