What you'll do

• Oversee daily maintenance service operations

• provide bids within 24–48 hours and follow up

• ensure work orders are timely, within budget, and meet quality expectations
• solicit new work with sales
• collaborate on operational strategies
• maintain vendor and client relationships
• track and report KPIs
