What you'll do

• Oversee nursing department operations, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and employee development
• coach nursing staff
• support program growth and continuous improvement
• promote patient safety and quality care
• collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, families, and support departments
• serve as a clinical resource and work as a staff nurse when necessary
• ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• lead quality improvement
• monitor staff competencies, certifications, and licensure
• complete evaluations, development plans, documentation, and reporting.
