• Learn to lead and support nursery and yard teams

• support daily operations, inventory, product flow, and merchandising
• assist with cycle counts and reporting
• learn to monitor expenses and productivity
• maintain product labeling and displays
• serve customers and resolve concerns
• support sales through product presentation and quotations
• coordinate with internal departments
• learn and enforce safety standards
• communicate operational and staffing matters
• and assist with reporting operational or security concerns.
