What you'll do

• Interview, hire, train, onboard, supervise, and evaluate staff
• conduct client chart reviews
• support adherence to program standards
• coordinate with children’s SPOA, DOH, and Health Homes
• review and approve time records, schedules, and time-off requests
• attend program meetings when the Program Director is absent.
