What you'll do

• Lead and develop network and OT security engineers
• manage staffing, workload, scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance, and issue resolution
• partner with sales and business-unit leadership on pursuits and delivery
• oversee project budgets, utilization, forecasts, proposals, and statements of work
• set delivery standards and metrics
• guide IT/OT convergence and network segmentation
• lead OT visibility and threat detection deployments
• oversee client network design and maintenance
• build secure remote-access programs
• lead OT incident-response readiness
• set documentation and reporting standards.

Why this role
